Title Services Law Murfreesboro TN Josh Jenkins is a litigator who focuses his practice in the areas of construction law, business and employment litigation, and probate. Mr. Jenkins also regularly volunteers his services at the Greenhouse Ministries Legal Clinic. Mr. Jenkins grew up in Lascassas, Tennessee, just outside of Murfreesboro. He attended Oakland High School where he graduated with honors while playing football all four years, as well as track and field and wrestling. In college, Mr. Jenkins was a member of the 2005 Cumberland University football team. Mr. Jenkins Graduated from Cumberland University with a Bachelor of Arts in December of 2007. While at Cumberland University, Mr. Jenkins was awarded the John W. Burgess Award for leadership in Political Science and was a member of the Pi Gamma Mu National Honor Society. During the spring of 2008, Mr. Jenkins served as an intern to Sen. Douglas Henry of Nashville in the Tennessee General Assembly. During his term in the General Assembly, Mr. Jenkins married his high school sweetheart. At the end of the 2008 General Assembly session, Mr. Jenkins and his wife packed up and moved to Oklahoma for Mr. Jenkins to attend law school at Oklahoma City University, where he graduated in May 2011. Immediately upon graduation, Mr. Jenkins and his wife returned to Murfreesboro so that Mr. Jenkins could practice in his home town. Mr. Jenkins is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association, the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel, the American Bar Association, the ABA Forum on Construction Law, and the Andrew Jackson Inn of Court. In the fall of 2018, Mr. Jenkins was honored to be selected both as a Mid-South Rising Star 2018 by Super Lawyers and as an Associate Fellow by the Construction Lawyers Society of America. When not working around the office, Mr. Jenkins loves playing and watching sports, especially football, working outside, and coaching his son’s t-ball team. Mr. Jenkins and his wife are active members of New Vision Baptist Church. Mr. Jenkins, his wife Carie, and their two sons, Hudson and Collin, live in Lascassas.
